เรื่องราวเมื่อวงการทีวีเปลี่ยนไป คนไม่สนใจการดูทีวีเหมือนในสมัยก่อนแล้ว ช่องทีวีต่างๆต้องเจอกับปัญหากำไรหดและส่อแววจะขาดทุน ช่อง BIG TV จึงต้องผุดโปรเจกต์ ซุปตาร์ 2550 เพื่อกู้วิกฤตขาดซุปตาร์เพื่อดึงผู้ชม นั่นคือ พระนางคู่ขวัญ ริว ธีรเดช (เคน ธีรเดช) กับ แคท น้ำฟ้า (แอน ทองประสม) ที่เป็นคู่จิ้นคู่กัดกันทั้งนอกจอในจอ แคท น้ำฟ้า นางเอกตัวแม่แถวหน้าของวงการ เธอเป็นคนปากร้ายแต่เธอก็ได้ฉายาเจ้าหญิงแห่งวงการ และเธอก็เคยเป็นคู่จิ้นกับริว หลังจากได้พระนางอดีตคู่ขวัญกลับมาเจอกันอีกครั้งแล้วทุกอย่างก็น่าจะราบรื่น แต่ทางช่องกลับยังไม่วางใจ ขอส่ง ทาโร่ (มีน พีรวิชญ์) ซุปตาร์สุดฮอตของ พ.ศ. นี้ ของช่อง มาลงละครเรื่องนี้ด้วย แต่การมาเจอกันของทั้งหมดนี้กลับไม่ราบรื่นอย่างที่คิดแต่กลับเป็นความวุ่นวายมากกว่า!
