After returning from battle, Will Span (Gerard Butler) is discharged and reunited with his longtime wife. But an unexpected turn of events led to his wife's murder. Investigators looking for clues in the story track down the culprit but find no evidence of the crime. Will searches for the clues and sets himself up as a vigilante before he takes on the villain with his own hands. However, Will turns out.
